Jay works as both a Clinical Myotherapist at Bayside Strength and Performance in Moorabbin and as a High Performance coach at Dandenong City in the NPL.

He developed his love for movement and recovery after studying a BSc in Sports studies (Exercise and Health).

He developed a fundamental knowledge of anatomy and sports science with an understanding of the link between exercise and health. His continuous further study has enabled him to understand sport, exercise, and nutrition and its role in preventing/treating injury and disease throughout life.

Jay is registered with Massage and Myotherapy Australia and regularly attends Professional development workshops and courses to provide the highest level of patient care
